At EIS Sheffield we encourage a positive attitude to sport and fitness at every age which is why we offer a range of energetic activities for young people.
With the Valley membership take advantage of teen fitness where any Valley member can bring there young adults aged between 12-15 years old to train with them in the gym for free.
There is no need to book just come on the day and sign in at reception. This offer is open between 3-5pm Monday - Friday and 12-4pm Saturday and Sunday.
