Tang Soo Do is a Korean Martial Art focusing on self-defence, to develop mental and physical well-being, body co-ordination, conditioning, self-discipline, respect and confidence. Training
includes: Stances, Free Fighting, Sparring, Breathing Exercises, and Hand and Foot Techniques.
