Poor running technique can lead to unnecessary injury risks if they are not picked up early. Many recreational runners are placing undue strain on their bodies, as well as compromising their speed, by using the wrong technique a recent BBC news article claims:

Join the the Running Club at The Valley Health and Fitness to enjoy outdoor running with a group and benefit from group support and motivation.
Everyone is welcome from beginners to more experienced runners.

Mondays: 6pm -7pm.
