The EISS offers a wide range of venue-run activity sessions including family tae kwon do, adult 'back to netball', beginners’ badminton and kids holiday clubs!
All sessions are displayed on this website and are open to the general public unless specified. Activities are available for kids and adults, please check the specific sessions for more details.

Boxing Club
Herol 'BOMBER' Graham former boxing champion is hosting fitness classes! If your child wants to boost their confidence, get fit or even just have fun - these are the classes for them! Available for boys and girls 5 years and over.

Tang Soo Do Tang Soo Do is a Korean Martial Art of self-defence, which can develop a high degree of mental and physical well-being. Tang Soo Do develops body co-ordination, conditioning, self-discipline, respect and confidence. Training includes: Stances, Free Fighting, Sparring, Breathing Exercises, Hand & Foot Techniques.
