	Running Club Try the 'Running Club' on Monday and Thursdays 6pm – 7pm. Everyone is welcome from beginners to more experienced runners! For more details please see Matt or Dawn when you next visit the gym. The Running Club is £2.50 per person and FREE to Valley members.
