Players and staff at the World Snooker Academy, based inside the EISS, got the chance to get their hands on the prestigious trophy. It comes ahead of the 888.com World Snooker Championship on April 19 at the Crucible Theatre, Sheffield.

Paul Hudson, general manager of the EISS, said: “It was an honour to have the trophy here at the World Snooker Academy. It was a great inspiration for some our resident players who will be competing at the Crucible such as Peter Ebdon, Ding Junhui, Liu Chuang and Liang Wenbo.”
