Taekwondo
A Korean Martial Art which develops fitness, flexibility and body strengthening. Techniques are taught to all levels and a great way for all the family to keep fit & train together.

Adult: £4.50 / Free to fitness members
Junior: £3.00
Family £8.50 1 adult and 2 juniors.

Tang Soo Do
Tang Soo Do is a Korean Martial Art focusing on self-defence, to develop mental and physical well-being, body co-ordination, conditioning, self-discipline, respect and confidence. Training includes: Stances, Free Fighting, Sparring, Breathing Exercises, and Hand & Foot Techniques.

Aikido
Aikido is a Japanese Martial Art which develops and promotes fitness, confidence and good posture. It is also a great form of self-defence. New members are always welcome. Juniors are under 16's, Seniors are over 16's.

Junior: Thursday 6.30 - 7.30pm
Senior: Thursday 7.30 - 9.30pm
NEW Senior: Monday 7.30 - 9.30pm
