An all-action tour that's physical and fun for ages 5-11. After a 30 minute tour of the building and a chance to ask questions, our trained coaches will put the children through their paces with a 90 minute FUN-damentals activity session.

FUN-damentals is a mixture of games and activities that develop coordination, agility, speed and balance and teach skills that help to improve performance both in and out of the class room.

Everyone is guaranteed to enjoy themselves whether they decide to play competitive sports or simply have fun and be physically active.
