Gym
At EIS Sheffield you'll have access to our two gyms; our three storey gym offering cardio, resistance and functional training equipment and dedicated free weights gym. Our kit includes self powered cardio kit, including bikes and rowers plus treadmills and cross trainers with touch screens and internet access. Resistance machines are available and a dedicated free weights gym with bench lifting stations, smith machines, PURE strength machines, dumbells and two power lifting stations. Our functional training zone with Octagon offers kettlebells, ViPR, bulgarian bags, core bags, battle ropes and plyo soft boxes.

Take your training out of the gym and head to our track. We offer the only indoor athletics track in Sheffield and use of our track is included in our gym and and athletics memberships.
