| The Sheffield Basketball League |
The Sheffield Basketball League (SBL) is a recreational basketball league based in Sheffield at the English Institute of Sport (EIS). The league provides opportunities for adults and young people to get involved in basketball by joining teams and playing basketball in an organised and safe environment.
Games take place at EIS-Sheffield and usually tip off at 7pm on Wednesday and Thursday evenings.
