Sheffield Performance Badminton
Join in the fun and learn how to play badminton with fun coached sessions. Take your game to the next level with specific coaching for juniors who want to develop their skills and play competitively or come along and just have fun. This Badminton session is taken by Sheffield Performance Centre.

Brunswick Badminton Club is Sheffield's top badminton club for players of a high competitive standard with teams in Division 1 as well as at County level. All new players welcome.

Junior Sharks
Sheffield Junior Sharks Basketball Club, (AKA Sheffield Junior Forgers,) formed in 1995 there are over 400 players from Junior Sharks still playing across the country. Regularly ranked in the top four on a national level, winning over 30 Division Titles, reaching a total of 37 RAF Final 4s on its way to 3 National Championships and 2 SureShot National Cups and 2007 qualifying for the national Final Fours at each of the five age groups; U13, U14, U15, U16 & U18 shows what a team we are.

Boccia
Pronounced 'Botcha' this sport is specially developed for people with Cerebral Palsy and can be easily organised at EIS Sheffield. Similar to Bowls, Petanque and Boules, players bowl coloured balls to get closest to the white 'jack' ball to win.
Amateur Boxing Club
Throw punches, get fit and learn boxing skills with former boxing champion Herol 'Bomber' Graham. Sessions are open to all ages and abilities and you can even train for boxing competitions. Boxing can help to build self-confidence, discipline and motivation and beat stress.
EISS Boxing Club will be affiliated to the Amateur Boxing Association.

Women Only Boxing Club
Build confidence, get fit & have fun.
Our EIS Sheffield's fully qualified, friendly and enthusiastic female coaches are ready to get you started. Females of all ages are welcome, from 13 years old to adult. Try something new that is demanding and a great way to relieve stress and keep fit. Develop and improve your aerobic fitness, agility and strength of both body and character.
Have a go at skipping, punch bags & pad work and circuit training. Each week you will try something new.
Come along next Wednesday 6.00pm-6.45pm or 6:45pm-7:30pm for the advanced class.
