The hairdryers in the members changing rooms do not blow air strong enough. Can we update the hairdryer in the changing rooms? Thinks the changing rooms should have better hairdryers and plug sockets for straightners. |
We have put a new hand held hairdryer and a built a vanity unit in the female member changing room. |
| There is often too few staff on during busy periods. Gym members often get stuck in long queues of people with lengthy enquiries & all we want is a gym band. | A new Valley sales desk has been set up in reception next to the main reception desk. The sales team will swipe members in during busy periods and give the sales team a customer facing base to assist The Valley members. |
